This is the first I have heard of this situation. I have been in business for almost 10 years and I am a highly established and respected real estate virtual assistant. The one thing I pride my business on is honesty, integrity, and pride! I tell every potential client I talk with that if they are not happy with anything I work on for them or create for them they need to tell me immediately. I am not aware of any client that is unhappy with my services and most of my clients I have had for 5-6 years are longer. I take extreme pride in the VA industry as a whole and where we have come to date.
